Mr. Mcghee and staff were very cordial and responsive to all of my inquiries. I inquired about a MD State Inspection for my used SUV and he answered all of my questions respectfully and in detail. He mentioned that vehicles were serviced on a First come, First serve basis depending on how soon I could get my vehicle to their Waldorf location. The service men were cordial and asked if we had any further questions and provided us with a time frame for servicing our vehicle and called as stated when the SUV was ready. I was pleased with the service provided and the attentiveness to our vehicle needs; they even told a few jokes while we waited and provided information about what businesses were around that we could kill time in while we waited for our SUV to be inspected. Would refer this shop to others and may be back for other services necessary for the upkeep of my vehicle. Thank you.

I called the night before and wanted to setup an appointment. Jim's friendly voice stated "MD inspection is 1st come ; 1st serve." I was there around 8ish. Although they didn't open til 9am, the shop was early at work, Jim got me out by 10am. I didn't pass inspection but, Bill's and Jim's personable, friendly and quick turnaround was a memorable one. This type of shop is locally owned and trustworthy. It is a dying breed. I provided the team with a KrispyKreme Gift Card after my visit. I will have to come again for a re-inspection but will also come again for any automobile needs.

Just had my car serviced at McGhee's Auto Service in Waldorf, MD again. They do an excellent job, I got an oil and filter change, rotate and balance tires, buffed my headlights, replaced wiper blades and replaced battery. All at a reasonable price. The personnel at McGhee's are very friendly and helpful. If I have a question about my car, they usually have an answer for me. I really trust McGhee's, good people.

My Chevy Impala 2001 was plagued with a mysterious GM problem that had beat at least 2 other auto mechanics before McGhees. There was an intermittent drain from the amp (upon Googling this seems like a common auto complaint) onto my car battery, leaving me with a off and on again starting car for about 2 years. It is really nice to know that I will not be stranded because individuals have taken the time to diagnosis a problem and provide a real solutions. I will definitely be taking my cars only to McGhees.
